About C-me

The business of performing candidate assessments goes back decades. For nearly that long companies relied on personality-based assessment tools. The founders of C-me spent years using those assessment tools and ultimately discovered they were self-limiting and never really provided much in the way of useful insights into a person's character.

Disillusioned, they set about to create a more effective type of assessment and after much time and toil unveiled C-me.
