Conflict Resolution Style Test

Studies indicate there are 5 major conflict resolution styles, they are: accommodating, avoiding, collaborating, competing and compromising. The C-me conflict resolution style test enables you to determine the conflict resolution style of your managers and each member of your team so that they can more easily find common ground and foster a more productive environment.

Not Better, Different

In a general sense, no particular style of conflict resolution can be considered "better" than the others. Each has its advantages and disadvantages. Lurking among those advantages and disadvantages, however, are potential points of conflict. Not in substance so much as in style. Unless you know where different people are coming from in their conflict resolution style these points of conflict can turn into setbacks for no good reason.

The C-me conflict resolution style test brings those once obscure stylistic conflicts into the light so everyone can see. Once team member A understands where team member B is coming from (and vice versa) they can work with that information to avoid derailing the resolution process.

What Makes C-me Different?

What Makes C-me Different?

The people who founded C-me had previously spent many years coaching individuals, organisations and teams while working with what were considered at the time to be state-of-the-art assessment tools. In time they came to realise that these personality-based assessment tools were self-limiting and provided only an incomplete picture of employees and candidates.

They set out to create a better kind of assessment tool, one based on behavioural prerogatives, and the result was C-me and the colour profiling system. Colour profiling reduces complex and, until now, largely misunderstood behavioural characteristics to a set of colours each one assigned a different trait or tendency.

Managers and other team members study and use these insights to better understand their fellow workers. As a result, conflicts are resolved more quickly and completely, tensions within the workspace are reduced and a formerly ho-hum team becomes a high-performing team.

Trusted by Businesses and Institutions Nationwide

The C-me model has proven such a leap forward in the personnel assessment space that it has been adopted by a series of high-profile companies and institutions including Oracle, HSBC Insurance, Virgin Active, the NHS, the BBC and many more.
