Cognitive Ability Test for Workplace Performance
The cognitive ability test measures a person's cognitive skills and overall mental ability. During a cognitive test for workplace performance from C-me spatial reasoning, problem solving, numerical reasoning and more are all put to the test as a way to better predict how a candidate might perform in a given role.

Benefits of the Cognitive Ability Test for Workplace Performance
The C-me cognitive ability test enables employers to gain a more fully realised picture of an individual in order to ensure that they are placed into a position where their particular skills and abilities can do the most good. The following are just some of the skills and aptitudes employers can assess using the C-me cognitive aptitude test:
• Critical thinking skills: Critical thinking is crucial to the effective performance of many jobs.
• Attention to detail: If a position calls for someone with a detail-orientated personality the C-me cognitive ability test can help you find the ideal candidate.
• Problem solving skills: The cognitive ability test reveals the extent of a candidate's problem solving skills.
• Numerical reasoning skills: Lots of positions require someone who is strong with numbers. The cognitive ability test can help you identify them.
• Spatial reasoning: Truck drivers, heavy equipment operators and more need solid spatial reasoning skills. Our test can enable you to determine if a candidate is a good fit or a potential danger.

About C-me
Our founders had many years of combined experience coaching organisations, teams and individuals using the preferred profiling tools of the day. What they discovered was that personality-based assessment tools were often inadequate when it came to revealing the most important aspects of an individual's mental and emotional makeup.
In response, they set out to create a new type of assessment tool, one that took the bulk of the focus off personalities and shifted it to behaviours. The end result of their efforts was C-me. For nearly a decade now C-me has been allowing employers to gain useful insights into previously opaque human behaviours while in the process enabling managers and co-workers to better understand each other and to work more effectively together.
