About C-me

The C-me colour profiling assessment tool was created in response to the shortcomings of mainstream personality-based assessment tools. The makers of C-me realised that personality-based assessments did not provide much in the way of actual insight into the often hard-to-quantify behaviours that play such an outsized role in determining the effectiveness of a given team.
