About C-me

C-me was created by a group of professionals with many years of experience coaching and assessing individuals, teams, and organisations in a wide variety of fields. In time, they came to realise that the personality-based tools that so many companies relied on were of limited value and, in many cases, contained built-in impediments to producing meaningful insights. There had to be a better way.
