We provide bespoke risk advisory services, helping clients understand their people risks, how to manage them in a proportionate way, and how to build high trust environments through practical leadership advice.

Consultancy to identify people risks (such as, but not limited to, toxic teams) and how to design and implement proportionate solutions. Working with boards and executive teams to understand the risks and then deliver cultural change. We focus on creating high trust environments that attract and retain the best talent, are more innovative and profitable, as well as being more secure and resilient. Our training is based on academic research and experience and uses role play and experiential training.
