I am a team coach working with brave and ambitious leaders to set up their teams for success. I use my experience of building successful teams over the last decade to help teams find their path to success. I focus on effective communication, stakeholder management and team dynamics. This includes team workshops and 1:1 consultancy and coaching.

I work with leaders who need to get a new team up and running quickly, teams who are facing ambitious goals and need to be at the top of their game and teams who are in conflict. I bring an outside perspective that will help you get to the heart of your challenges, see the wood for the trees and create a clear action plan for success.

Experience with C-me

I have been accredited with C-me as a solution partner since 2023 and I use the tool with teams to transform team communication, to enable a team to value each other’s unique contribution and to build on their strengths.  I also run workshops on behalf of C-me for their clients and I run accreditation training sessions for new C-me partners.
