About Us
Flint Innovation exists to help people and businesses to thrive. We support small businesses and the people within them to develop and grow. We help Universities to work better with external partners, commercialise research, and start new businesses. As part of our work, we help individuals and teams to understand themselves and each other better, and to develop a common language to have conversations about communication and behavioural preferences. We help drive successful collaboration and team building, within and beyond the organisations we support.

We provide training, workshops, away days and mentoring. We help people to develop themselves, their self management and communication. We help teams learn to work together successfully.
Experience with C-me
I am accredited with C-Me and with GC Index, and I find the combination of the two particularly powerful. I like helping people to understand their behaviour and communication using C-Me, and the energy they bring for Impact at work using C-Me. This allows me to support them as they plan projects and changes within their teams and organisations.
