About Us
Donna is an Outdoor specialist, who is passionate about helping people to develop themselves and maximise business learning through experience-based activities that stretch the individual’s capabilities. She has been working in this field for over 25 years, Donna's wide range of experience delivering management and leadership training, graduate assessment and development, personal development programmes, coaching and outdoor education extends throughout the UK, Europe and USA. Her solid organisational skills and attention to detail allow her to perform a variety of roles which include; planning and design of programmes, project management, facilitation and coaching, safety cover, outdoor technical support and logistical backup. Donna has designed and delivered training programmes for a range of organisations including; London Business School, Henley Management College, Warwick University MBA, Deutsche Bank, Heineken, Pedigree Masterfoods, Invictus Games 2016, British Telecom and nPower to name a few. Donna holds a Diploma in Psychology, is a Licensed Practitioner of NLP, is qualified to administer C-me and MBTI and is practiced in working with a number of psychometric tools, she also holds a Diploma in Performance Business Coaching. She is also trained and qualified to operate in a number of outdoor environments. In her other life Donna enjoys Cornish Gig Pilot Rowing, Trail Running and Travelling.
