We’re a curious bunch, quietly obsessed with doing things on purpose. Designedly Human is where creativity, clarity, and a bit of mischief come together to make work—and life—feel more like you. We don’t have a ten-step plan or a perfect system (spoiler: no one does). What we do have is a deep belief in making things that matter, saying things that feel true, and building in a way that actually feels good. We’re a small team of specialist coaches who get what it’s like to lead, grow, and figure it out as you go. We work with individuals and teams on the real stuff—confidence, communication, presenting, career direction, managing humans, leading well (without losing yourself), and all the messy, meaningful things in between.
