Having trouble registering for the C-me questionnaire or completing your profile?

Here are the answers to some frequently asked questions:

Unknown registration code

This will be included in the e-mail invitation you have been sent. Please check in the instructions and your registration code will be highlighted. Please note this will be all in lowercase. 

E-mail already in use

If you have registered with us before, please use the ‘Login’ button at the top of the screen rather than re-registering. 

Unable to login

If you have registered with us already, please use the ‘Login’ button to access. Please ensure that you are using the same e-mail address that you previously registered with and the personal password you set at the time of registering. 

Forgotten password

If you have registered before and have forgotten your password please use the ‘forgotten password’ link. This will e-mail you a link to reset your password. 

‘Error’ on registration page

This is usually to do with your browser or device. This most commonly happens when your company firewalls prevent the page/link from functioning correctly. 

Firstly, please try using an alternative device such as a personal laptop or phone. This will usually rectify the problem. 

If this isn’t possible, please ensure you are using Google Chrome as your browser. You may also need to enable Javascript: 

  1. Click the Chrome menu  in the top right hand corner of your browser. 
  2. Select  'Settings'.
  3. Click  'Show advanced settings'.
  4. Under the 'Privacy' section, click the  'Content settings'  button.
  5. In the 'Javascript' section, select 'Allow all sites to run JavaScript (recommended)'.
Questionnaire doesn't show chosen scores

It might be that you are trying to use the same score for more than one group of words.

Each number (1-4) can only be used once, so you need to rank the statements with the group being most like you scoring 1, through to the group sounding least like you scoring 4.

Please do read through the instructions at the beginning of the questionnaire for further help with this.
