About C-me

The people behind C-me had years of experience coaching and assessing individuals, teams and organisations before setting out on their own and creating the C-me colour profiling system. Their earlier experience taught them how personality-based assessments tended to produce a pixelated image of a person that was short on specifics.

As a result, they very deliberately moved away from personality-based assessments with C-me, instead embracing a behaviour-based model that produces a much clearer, in-depth picture of a person's traits, tendencies and instincts. The information gleaned from C-me is then distilled into a set of colours with each colour standing for a different, previously hard to assess trait or tendency.

The C-me colour profiling system has proven extremely successful and has been adopted by countless businesses right across the UK including giants such as Oracle, HSBC, the BBC, the NHS and many more.
