The psychometric/aptitude test for HR Departments measures an individual's cognitive ability, behavioural characteristics and a host of other metrics. C-me then processes this information and produces a colour profile of each member of the team with different colour cues representing different traits. As a result, it is possible for each member of the HR team to gain a better understanding of what makes their co-workers tick which, in turn, leads to greater collaboration and enhanced productivity.

How it Works
- Members of your HR team spend 10 minutes completing our questionnaire.
- Each team member is then given access to their online C-me profile so they can reflect on the insights presented with the goal of promoting greater levels of self-development.
- Team members, as well as team leaders, have access to each others' C-me profiles which leads to greater understanding of their colleagues.

Prior to starting C-me, our founders spent many years coaching and conducting assessments of teams in a wide variety of industries in the hopes of breaking down walls and producing greater collaboration.
