Who is Behind the C-me Psychometric/Aptitude Test?

C-me was founded by a group of people who had spent years coaching individuals and teams while using the standard, personality-based assessment tools of the day. Eventually, they realised personality tests only went so far in revealing a person's true nature and became determined to create a more effective assessment method.
